How to Create and Give Scores

Step 1 — Open Score settings

Path: Settings → Loyalty config → Score

Edit or create a score campaign.

Step 2 — Configure the score campaign

Set:

• Title, Description, and Order.
• Eligible or excluded Product Category, Product, and Tag.
• Target channel, such as Sales pipeline or POS Order.
• Action type: Add, Subtract, or Set.
• Score Value, Currency Ratio, and who to apply scores to.

• 

Step 3 — Give a score manually

Path: Frontline → Loyalty → Scores

Open the score action to give points.

• Select Owner Type and Owner.
• Choose the Target channel.
• Select the Score Campaign.
• Enter the Score value and a Description.
• Save.
