How to Create and Issue Assignments
Step 1 — Open Assignment settings
Path: Settings → Loyalty config → Assignment
Click Add assignment campaign.
Step 2 — Configure the assignment campaign
Set:
- Title.
- Segment — target customer group.
- Voucher Campaign — reward to assign.
- Start Date / End Date.
Step 3 — Issue an assignment
Path: Frontline → Loyalty → Assignments
Click Add assignment.
- Select the Campaign.
- Choose the Owner.
- Save.
