How to Create Agents

Path: Frontline → Loyalty → Agents

The Agents section lets you set up customer-specific loyalty rules, such as prepaid and discount percentages, with optional date and product restrictions.

Click to create a New agent and configure the form:

• Relevant Customers — select the customers this agent applies to.
• Relevant Companies — optionally limit to specific companies.
• Has Return — toggle if the agent includes return logic.
• Prepaid Percent — upfront payment percentage.
• Discount Percent — discount percentage applied.
• Start Date / End Date — full active date range.
• Start Month / End Month — active month range.
• Start Day / End Day — active day range.

• Choose Product Rules — select which product rules apply.
