How to Create and Issue Coupons

Step 1 — Open Coupon settings

Path: Settings → Loyalty config → Coupon

Click Add coupon campaign.

Step 2 — Configure the coupon campaign

On the Campaign tab, enter:

• Title, Buy Score, Count, and Kind.
• Start Date / End Date.

• 

On the Restriction tab, set:

• Minimum Spend / Maximum Spend.
• Allowed or excluded Product Category, Product, and Tag.

• 

On the Code rule tab, choose how codes are generated.

Default mode:

• Set Code Length, Number of Codes, prefix/postfix uppercase count, Character Set, Pattern, Usage Limit, and Redemption Limit Per User.

• 

Static mode:

• Enter a fixed Code, Usage Limit, and Redemption Limit Per User.

• 

Save the campaign. The coupon appears in the campaign list.

Step 3 — Issue a coupon

Path: Frontline → Loyalty → Coupons

The list shows created coupons with campaign, code, usage, limit, status, and creation date.

Click Add coupon to issue a coupon to a customer.

• Select the Campaign.
• Save.
