This is what you need to do when joining the erxes. Make sure you complete everything listed in this article.

Welcome to erxes! 🎉 We are super excited about you joining us. I hope you find your time with us fun & rewarding.

• First of all, to confirm your employment, we need you to complete the following form and submit it to the HR team. We’ll take a copy of the necessary documents in hand, and your employment contracts and job description are finalized.  
• Then, follow the steps below to sign up for workspaces and internal chats, and you'll be connected to the necessary information and tools you need to make your working journey better and fully armed.

Caution:  Please log in to the following addresses only with your official email address.

• Please visit erxes Culture Dashboard to learn about the company's mission, vision, human resources policy, internal structure, salary, rewards, etc.
• You will have a company email address provided within your welcome email.
• We use Discord for team chat. Register to the team chat by clicking here and join the following channels to engage with the team members:

• You’re already invited with your above work email to your erxes Workplace; please get access to it to join us using the invitation link sent to your email. Make sure you insert all your information according to this guideline. Not all of your information will be visible to team members, but this is important for you to provide them all for Human Resource purposes.
