AI Agents on the Automation

The Automations engine now ships with AI Agents — credential-backed agents you configure once and reuse across every automation action. Connect your own LLM through Cloudflare AI Gateway, OpenAI Direct, Kimi, Kimi for Code, or Grok. Each agent carries a system prompt, attached context files for runtime knowledge, and a health check that validates provider readiness before the agent goes live. Context files support markdown and plain text — up to 10 files, 200 KB total — and get indexed into chunks so the provider retrieves only what it needs. Every file keeps version history. Edit a prompt, rename it, save a new version — the previous one stays one click away. One agent now answers across Facebook Messenger, Instagram, erxes Business Messenger, Discord, and website chat. Build it once, deploy it everywhere your customers write to you.
