Call reports have been fully redesigned with a new overview UI, proper pagination, and chart data limits that keep the page fast even with large datasets. The default date range is now set to the last 3 months for a more useful starting view. Carrier breakdown by Mongolian phone prefix and an hour-by-day heatmap give deeper visibility into when and how your team handles calls.
