Settings side panels that list five or fewer fixed pages no longer open a separate panel. Their pages now unfold under the sidebar row, the way Team Member already worked.
This covers Tags and Properties in each plugin's settings, accounting fixed asset and Mongolian product places, Mongolian Put Response and Erkhet Sync pages, and Email Delivery and Import & Export in organization settings, whose sub-pages had no sidebar entry before.
A section with a single type opens it directly, with no extra panel.
