Can you tell us a little about yourself and your background before joining erxes?

I come from a country in Africa, and grew up in a household where I learned the importance of treating others with love and respect. Throughout my childhood, my family moved around a lot, which led me to receive my own computer at a time when computers were not yet commonplace in Africa. This sparked my interest in technology, and I became determined to combine my passion for helping others with my fascination for computers.

As a young person, I always enjoyed assisting people who were struggling with technology, even if they didn’t ask for my help. I realized that I wanted to help people get the most out of investing in technology because I believe that technology offers tools that can significantly advance society and increase productivity.

What initially attracted you to apply for a job at erxes?

What initially attracted me to apply for a job at erxes was the vision of MJ, Nauren and BJ. They inspired me with their passion for creating an open-source platform that empowers businesses to grow and connect with their customers in a meaningful way. I was impressed by how they built erxes from scratch, with a lean team and a bootstrapped budget, and how they managed to scale it to serve thousands of users across the globe. I wanted to be part of this amazing journey and contribute to the mission of erxes: to democratize growth marketing and customer experience for everyone. I wanted to be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration and diversity. I also liked the idea of working remotely and having the flexibility to balance my work and life.

What do you hope to learn and gain from working at erxes, both professionally and personally?

Having started my own business before, I understand the challenges of building a team, managing a product, and achieving success. When I learned about erxes, I was inspired by the co-founders’ success at such a young age and their vision for the future. I am excited to be a part of this team and help bring erxes to the global stage.

Personally, I hope to learn from the experiences of the erxes team, particularly in terms of leadership and innovation. Professionally, I am eager to contribute my skills and knowledge to help erxes compete with industry giants like Hubspot, Zoho, and Microsoft Dynamics. I believe that erxes has a unique and disruptive approach to what they do, and I want to help the company continue to develop and innovate.

Good habits are like building blocks that form the foundation of our success. They help us to be more productive, creative, healthy and happy. They also help us to overcome challenges and setbacks. The power of building greatness by changing our daily good habits is that we can transform ourselves and our lives one step at a time.
