This week we have a new team member joining us at erxes Ulaanbaatar office! Her name is Munkhkhishig, “Mo” for short, and she is our new Customer Success Associate. Up until recently, she lived in Prague studying International Business Management at Teesside University. Her professional experience includes working as a liaison at the German Mongolian Business Association. She is interested in the application of statistics and probability in sales and marketing. In her free time, she likes to listen to books on Audible and stay active as much as possible by doing yoga.

What drew you to erxes originally?

After listening to a couple of interviews with the founders, I liked the innovative mindset. And erxes has been recognized all over the world by many companies/people.

What are the most important aspects of a customer relationship in your opinion?

The most important aspects are the fastness and friendliness. When a customer reaches out, their issues should be handled well. So, I am really looking forward to talking to our customers and assist them wholeheartedly.

Which qualities do you value in the workplace?

I think a passion for helping others and an interest in personal development are important qualities in the workplace.

What is one of your secret talents? Or a fun fact about you?

I’m a big fan of Nassim Nicholas Taleb who is a Lebanese-American essayist, scholar, mathematical statistician, and former options trader and risk analyst, whose work concerns problems of randomness, probability, and uncertainty.

If you were an office supply, what would you be? And why?

I’d be a paper because everyone needs one.

What are you really good at? It could be programming languages, tools, or skills related to work.

I’m good at multi-tasking.

What is something that other people don’t know about you, but you wish they knew?

I’m willing to talk about any topic and discuss it with an open mind.

What are your expectations working at erxes?

I’m looking forward to meeting new people and learn from them.  I’m happy to be a member of a team that has dedicated long hours in order to develop a great platform that is used worldwide. Therefore, I expect to grow here professionally and personally as well.
