2. Erxes has been chosen participate in “Star Venture” program

We are thrilled to announce that erxes has been selected to participate in the esteemed “Star Venture” program, supported by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). This program offers an intensive 18-month journey designed to drive business growth and success.

As part of the program, erxes will benefit from a comprehensive range of resources and support. This includes a thorough business assessment to identify strengths and areas for improvement, access to expert know-how and guidance from seasoned professionals, tailored consulting services to address specific needs, mentoring from experienced mentors, international networking opportunities to forge strategic alliances, and access to necessary financing options.

TWO: $ERXS Shares

erxes Inc. is committed to democratizing technology access for businesses, contributing to the economic development of our country, and showcasing the expertise of Mongolian engineers on a global scale.

In pursuit of these goals, we have launched an investment campaign, offering 13.39% ownership of our company to the public with the aim of attracting a total investment of $3.5 million. We are pleased to announce that as of the end of April 2022, we have successfully secured $2,897,392 in investments from a total of 138 investors. This strong support demonstrates the market’s confidence in erxes, and it brings our market capitalization to $22.5 million.

THREE: erxes Activity

1. Participated in Ulaanbaatar-International Investment and Partnership Forum-2023.

erxes Inc. proudly participated in the Ulaanbaatar-International Investment and Partnership Forum held on April 20, 2023. This important event aimed to stimulate the capital city’s economy by attracting investments from both domestic and foreign enterprises and organizations. Our Chief Operating Officer, Nauren Batjargal, had the privilege of presenting erxes Inc.’s products, investments, and company activities during the forum. It was an excellent platform to showcase our innovative solutions, engage potential partners and investors, and contribute to the economic development of Ulaanbaatar.

2. Erxes product updates

We’re also pleased to announce the launch of our new help center at help.erxes.io. This platform aims to improve our customer relationships by providing a centralized hub for information and support. With your organization’s email address, you can access work in progress, view the responsible team member, track progress, leave comments, and communicate directly. Additionally, you can register complaints, requests, and errors, and monitor the resolution process.

Furthermore, erxes has partnered with Smart Quality & Devit Group, an application quality and security consulting firm, to implement quality standards for our erxes XOS platform. This collaboration will enable us to detect errors more easily, deliver high-quality software to users, increase user satisfaction, and improve the test environment. It will also foster effective collaboration between development and other business units.
