• Sending PDF files through Facebook messenger has been fully restored

• Uploading avatars on Client Portal profiles is fixed 
• The video attachments not playing in inbox and card details is resolved

• When no email fields are present the mail option on the form success step is automatically hidden
• Enhanced the audio recording button’s animation and CSS for a smoother user experience
• Upgraded the payment modal
• Optimized the quality and the size of images sent through internal chat for faster loading times
• Checklists on public tickets are now prominently visible, ensuring important tasks are never overlooked
• Added username filtering option for convenient team member searches

• Improved the photo viewing experience within EXM
• Dependency fixes and upgrades for enhanced stability within erxes XOS
