Bug Fixes 🐞

Team inbox 

Resolved the issue of text overlapping in the reply field for improved user experience.

Knowledge Base 

Fixed the bug that prevented the selection of category and subcategory when adding new articles to the Knowledge Base.

Navigation Bar

Resolved the issue where clicking the “more” button on the navigation bar would cover the marketplace and settings buttons at the bottom.

Hotfix

Fixed the scroll bug in the plugin pop-up window that previously prevented scrolling when selecting plugins.

Improvements 🛠️

Sales Pipeline, Task Management, Ticket Management

Implemented a date range field in the board’s filter section, allowing users to filter cards based on specific date ranges.

Client Portal

We have enhanced our Client Portal, our digital help center, with new user interfaces and additional features to provide an improved user experience.

Profile 

  • The user interface for the First/Last Name, Username, Email, Phone, and Company Name fields has been enhanced for a more user-friendly experience.

Notification Settings 

  • Now you have the option to easily toggle notifications by email and SMS on or off according to your preference.
