We wanted to inform you about a security breach that occurred on our TEST server database. While this test server database was not a live or production (SaaS or Enterprise clients’) database, it did include some of our customer information, such as username, name, and email address.

We want to be open, transparent, and responsible with you, so we want to let you know that we have identified the mistake and have made some improvements to ensure that this doesn’t happen again. We are also reviewing our organization’s cybersecurity systems to identify any other potential vulnerabilities and will be implementing additional measures to protect your data further.
