To be a place where everyone can create unique and life-changing experiences for the better

In our fast-paced world, where time seems to slip through our fingers like sand, it’s easy to overlook the significance of the small moments that shape our daily lives. It’s often these very moments that hold the key to a more fulfilling existence. From the first sip of morning coffee to the soothing embrace of a well-designed chair, the quality of our experiences has a profound impact on our well-being.

  • Improving these seemingly insignificant experiences can lead to a ripple effect, positively influencing our mood, productivity, and overall outlook on life. For example, imagine the difference between sitting in a cramped, uncomfortable chair versus one that supports your posture and feels like a warm hug. The latter not only makes the present moment more pleasant but also contributes to long-term physical health and comfort.
  • The mindfulness of embracing small moments can lead to reduced stress, increased creativity, and a greater sense of fulfillment in our lives.
  • Improving little experiences can also have a profound impact on our relationships. 
  • In a broader context, improving little experiences can also drive innovation and positive change in society. By constantly finding ways to enhance the way we live, work, and interact with the world around us, we can create a more inclusive, sustainable, and compassionate society.
  • By paying attention to the details and striving to make each moment more meaningful, we can lead happier, more fulfilling lives and contribute to a better world for all.

I started taking these steps to align our team members with our vision as CEO:

  • Clearly articulate the vision and its importance to the company’s future. 
    • Our vision statement is on our website, https://culture.erxes.io/, and https://culture.erxes.mn/ – the employee handbook,  We’re setting a standard for a vision statement to be included in every company document like reports and proposals to start with.  
  • Demonstrate the commitment to the vision through our actions and decisions. 
    • I will be demonstrating my commitment through my social media account regularly. Let’s just say, my social media would be a daily reminder of our vision throughout 2024. 🫡
  • Encourage team members to share their thoughts and ideas to improve the vision. 
    • Our upcoming Happy Hour is the perfect time to start talking about it and secondly start dedicating the first few minutes of all meetings to a team member sharing a recently improved experience for themselves or others. I’m sure it may feel awkward or forced in the beginning, but in a month it will feel normal, and in 3 months it will become routine.   
  • Explain how each team member’s role contributes to the overall vision and ensures team members have the necessary tools and resources to work toward the vision.
  • Recognize and celebrate achievements that align with the vision and foster a collaborative environment where team members work together toward common goals.
    • Let’s celebrate every single improved experience of our target number until 3,000 (our mission) for 2024. 
  • Encourage collaboration and address concerns: Address any concerns or obstacles that may hinder team members from embracing the vision.

My plan is for everyone in the erxes family to intuitively lead the way to our vision with every step of their everyday work and personal life. Let’s get started, and keep you updated on the progress.
