The Advanced Notifications plugin for erxes lets you set up your channels, members, and companies which allows you to set multiple addresses that will receive all notifications that you have enabled on erxes
The Notification plugin is available at erxes marketplace for all users when you get started with erxes. It comes for free as it’s one of the settings plugins erxes provides.
⚙️ Self-hosted client, please go to plugin installation documentation to install the Notification plugin after installing the erxes XOS.
💻 SaaS clients, when you sign-up for erxes the Notification plugin will be there already, so just follow this guideline to get started with this plugin.
Step one. Access to your Notification
The Notification plugin can be found in the settings section on the bottom left side of the screen. By selecting the Notification tab, you will be able to access to property plugin.
Step two. Setting up the notifications you wish to receive.
By checking "Get notification by email", you'll be able to receive the notification in your email address registered to your erxes. You can also check the below checks to set up the notifications of chosen activities you want to receive in your email address.
Step three. How to be notified in Cards plugins like Tickets/Deals/Tasks.
There are 2 types of notifications that works on card plugins, like Tickets/Deals/Tasks:
- If you wish to be notified of all the actions made in the particular pipeline, you may click the "Watch sign" shown below.
- If you don't wish to be notified by the actions in the card you're created, you can click "Watch" below to dis-activate it.
Step four. If you don't wish to be notified by the actions in the card you're created, you can click "Watch" below to dis-activate it.
Step five. You'll be able to see all the notifications related to you by pressing "Unread" below.
Step six. Mark as read here if you don't need to look at them specifically.
Or press "See all" to see them one by one.

Step eight. You can choose the numbers of notification to be shown on single page here as 20, 50, 100, 200, and etc.
