2. How to Connect Facebook Messenger

Description:
Connecting your Facebook Messenger allows you to receive and reply to customer messages directly inside Frontline.
Each Messenger integration must be linked to a specific Channel.

Steps to Connect Facebook Messenger

1. Go to your Channel
    

   

2. Select Facebook Messenger from the list of integrations
    

   

3. Click + Add Facebook Messenger Integration
    

   

4. Click Connect Facebook Account
    

   

5. Select your Facebook Profile Name
    

   

6. Click Next
    

   

7. Choose the Facebook Page you want to connect
    

   

8. Click Next again
    

   

9. Enter a name for your integration (for example, Gaming Facebook Messenger)
    

   

10. Click Save to complete the setup
     

    

💡Tips

• Make sure you’re logged in to the correct Facebook account before connecting.
• If your organization manages multiple Facebook Pages, connect each one to a separate Channel for better tracking and performance insights.
