How to Create and Record Donations

Step 1 — Open Donate settings

Path: Settings → Loyalty config → Donate

Click Add donation campaign.

Step 2 — Configure the donation campaign

Set:

• Title and Max Score.
• Linked Voucher Campaign and Min Score.
• Start Date / End Date.

Step 3 — Record a donation

Path: Frontline → Loyalty → Donates

Click Add Donation.

• Select the Campaign.
• Choose Owner Type and Owner.
• Enter the Donate Score.
• Save.
