How to Create and Manage Client Portal Users

Path: `Frontline → Core modules → Contacts → Client Portal Users**

Client Portal Users are contacts who can log in to a dedicated client portal.

Click Add client portal user to create portal access.

Fill in the portal user form:

• Client Portal — select the portal they belong to.
• Type — user type, such as Customer.
• Email and Phone.
• First Name and Last Name.
• Username and Password.

Click to create the user. The Client Portal User details page opens, showing verification status and linked customer.
