[Email template] Using IMAP

Hello, you can use your Email template on IMAP by following the instructions below. 

1. Go to Team Inbox
2. Click on a conversation that came in via IMAP connection.
3. Click Reply .
4. Click on Email template to select from the prepared email templates and send.
