[Properties] Product & Service

Hello, you can add a new field to the Main Activity field, Product & Service, by following the instructions below. 

• Add a field to Product & Service: 
  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Properties
  3. Select Product & Service
  4. Click  Add Group & Field.
  5. Select Add Group and fill in the fields below.
     • Name : Primary Group Name
     • Description : Description
     • Always open : Option to keep the field open whenever you enter the task card.
  6. Click the Save button to save.
  7. Click Add Group & Field again.
  8. Select Add Property and fill in the fields below.
     • Name : Specifies the name of the field to be created.
     • Group : Selectthe previously created Group name .
     • Type : Select the type of field to fill. 
  9. Click the Save button to save.
      
• Edit the Product & Service field: 
  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Properties
  3. Select Product & Service
  4. Edit Group name : Select the group name you want to edit and click the edit button to enable editing.
  5. Click the Save button to save.
  6. Edit Property name : Select the name of the field you want to edit and click the edit button to enable editing.
  7. Click the Save button to save.
      
• Delete the Product & Service field: 
  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Properties
  3. Select Product & Service
  4. Choose Group name : Select the group name to delete.
  5. Click the Delete button to delete.
  6. Choose Property name : Select the name of the field to delete.
  7. Click the Delete button to delete.
