[Email template] Use on Teaminbox

Hello, you can use the Email template in Team Inbox by following the instructions below. 

• Go to Team Inbox
• Click on Conversation
• Go to the Contact section.
• Click on the Email Icon
• A small field will appear with the option to send an email.
• Click on Email template to select from the prepared email templates and send.
