3. How to Connect Facebook Post

Description:
Connecting your Facebook Post integration allows you to receive and manage comments from your Facebook Page posts directly inside Frontline.
Each Facebook Post integration should be linked to a specific Channel.

Steps to Connect Facebook Post

1. Go to your Channel
    

   

2. Select Facebook Post from the list of integrations
    

   

3. Click + Add Facebook Post Integration
    

   

4. Click Connect Facebook Account
    

   

5. Select your Facebook Profile Name
    

   

6. Click Next
    

   

7. Choose the Facebook Page you want to connect
    

   

8. Click Next again
    

   

9. Enter a name for your integration (for example, Marketing Facebook Post)
    

   

10. Click Save to complete the setup
     

    

💡Tips

• Make sure your Facebook account has admin access to the Page you want to connect.
• If your business manages multiple Facebook Pages, connect each Page’s Post integration to a separate Channel for better organization and reporting.
